I came across an article on the News Times about couponing I thought I’d share. It explains the importance of planning your meals when couponing. Coupons are great for buying non-perishables well ahead of time, but you need some forethought when purchasing perishables. Spoiled food you have to throw out is still a waste, regardless of the excellent deal you got on it!
